Privacy Policy for FocusFlow

Effective date: June 1, 2026

FocusFlow (“the app”) is a Pomodoro timer and productivity app developed by Jonatas Barra.

This Privacy Policy explains how FocusFlow handles information when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect

FocusFlow does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal information to the developer or to any external server.

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

This information remains on your device and is not sent to the developer.

2. Local Storage

FocusFlow uses local device storage to save your tasks, timer settings, and focus session history.

This data is used only to provide the app’s core functionality, such as displaying your tasks, remembering your Pomodoro settings, and showing your focus statistics.

If you uninstall the app, this locally stored data may be deleted from your device.

3. Notifications

FocusFlow uses local notifications to alert you when a focus session or break ends.

Notifications are generated locally on your device. FocusFlow does not use remote push notifications, notification tokens, advertising identifiers, or external notification servers.

You can enable or disable notifications in the app settings or through your device settings.

4. Exact Alarms and Timer Alerts

FocusFlow may use Android alarm and notification permissions to notify you at the correct time when a focus session or break ends, including when the device screen is off.

This functionality is used only for the app’s Pomodoro timer features.

5. Data Sharing

FocusFlow does not share user data with third parties.

The app does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or social media SDKs.

6. Children’s Privacy

FocusFlow is not directed to children under the age of 13.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data Security

Because FocusFlow does not transmit personal data to external servers, your app data remains stored locally on your device.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own device.

8. Data Deletion

FocusFlow does not maintain user accounts and does not store user data on developer-controlled servers.

You can delete locally stored app data by deleting tasks inside the app, clearing the app’s storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the app.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

If changes are made, the updated version will be posted at the same public URL with a revised effective date.
